This concept fits very well for the new century; the food I healthy, delicious, affordable and provides plenty of variety for everyone's tastes. The food is Japanese themed with American influences, as well. Everything is prepared quickly and with fresh ingredients. The concept has done well in Utah, operating for more than 8 years with 4 corporately owned units in Salt Lake City. It fits well in strip and enclosed malls, free standing buildings or as a co-branding with another type of concept.
